为了探讨上节育环后子宫异常出血的原因,本文用酶联雌二醇(E_2-HRP)亲和组化法,测定3组共36例育龄妇女分泌晚期子宫内膜的雌激素受体。发现在异常出血组内膜环周区腺体雌激素受体(ER)阳性率明显低于环远区,而正常组两区未见明显异常。提示由于环的局部压迫和刺激导致环周区和环远区内膜ER 的差异,影响了子宫内膜的同步发育、同步剥脱和修复,因而出现子宫的异常出血。
In order to explore the cause of abnormal uterine bleeding after upper irrigating ring, we used enzyme-linked estradiol (E_2-HRP) affinity assay to determine the secretion of estrogen receptor in advanced endometrium from 36 women of childbearing age in 3 groups. It was found that the positive rate of estrogen receptor (ER) in the endometrial gland in the abnormal hemorrhage group was significantly lower than that in the ring far zone, while no obvious abnormalities were found in the two groups in the normal group. It is suggested that due to the local compression and stimulation of the ring, the difference of ER between the peri-annular region and the ring-far region affects the simultaneous development of the endometrium, synchronous exfoliation and repair, and thus abnormal uterine bleeding.
