奈福泮虽作为一种新型的镇痛药物,但在临床各级医疗机构应用中具有不可替代的作用,用于各种疼痛的治疗,医疗效果显著。但奈福泮过量而致惊厥的症状的案例却未见报道。我院应用地西泮成功抢救1例奈福泮中毒致惊厥患者,现报道如下。1病案分析患者,女,30岁,由于心情不畅等原因自服奈福泮片约100片(20mg/片),30min后出现了明显的症状。出现烦躁、焦虑情绪;外部表现为四肢发抖、面部肌肉抽搐;内部呼吸不规则,在不同时间
