应用HPLC法测定了按不同方法炮制的杜仲中松脂醇二葡萄糖甙的含量,结果表明杜仲炮制后,松脂醇二葡萄糖甙含量明显升高,各炮制品之间含量无明显差异。
The contents of pinoresinol and glucosinolates in Eucommia ulmoides processed by different methods were determined by HPLC. The results showed that the contents of pinoresinol and glucosinolates increased significantly after processed by Eucommia, and there was no significant difference among the processed products.
