在动物体内——不是通外界的管道脏器——不易发生强烈「非生理刺激」——浓厚毒素——而使细胞突然死亡。因为血液已将毒素稀薄,微弱的毒素只能惹起细胞变性,倘能除去,「非生理刺激」则变性细胞仍可恢复健康状态。细胞又因与毒素有特殊化学亲和力关系,只某一种脏器的细胞甚至是细胞的某部受到损害。
