按照D550R焊条药皮配方,采用纳米SiO2取代或部分取代其中的硅微粉,制成三种焊条。通过操作性能测试、汉诺威电弧质量分析系统测试、硬度及磨损试验和微观分析,研究了药皮中纳米SiO2比例对焊条工艺性能、力学性能和微观组织的影响。研究表明,纳米SiO2可以使焊条的脱渣性、焊缝成形得到改善;使焊条的焊接工艺性能变差、熔敷效率下降。100%纳米SiO2焊条熔敷金属在无润滑连续滑动磨损条件下的耐磨性比硅微粉焊条提高约1倍。
In accordance with the D550R electrode coating formula, the use of nano-SiO2 to replace or partially replace the silicon powder, made of three kinds of welding rod. Through the operation performance test, Hannover arc quality analysis system test, hardness and wear test and microscopic analysis, the influence of the proportion of nano-SiO2 in the coating on the process performance, mechanical properties and microstructure of the electrode was studied. The results show that the nano-SiO2 can make the deslagging of electrode and the formation of the weld seam improved, the welding process performance of the electrode deteriorates and the deposition efficiency decreases. The wear resistance of 100% nano-SiO2 electrode deposited metal under non-lubrication continuous sliding wear is about 1 times higher than that of silicon micro-electrode.
