长期以来不锈钢在电弧炉中冶炼一直沿用三段式传统操作,因此冶炼成本高、时间长、劳动强度大,且钢中的有害气体含量不同程度的增高.我们厂根据刘易斯,怀特曼的双膜理论,结合实际条件,研究了二段式界面吹Ar法.用此法已生产1368炉,17784吨不锈钢.实践表明:用此方法冶炼的不锈钢,性能均能达到我国部颁不锈钢标准而且有一定的经济效益,每吨钢平均可节约90元,每炉冶炼时间约缩短30分钟.
