樊欣军与浙江奉化武岭中学有着一份特殊情缘。除去大学4年,他初中高中都在这里度过,大学毕业后又回到这里教书,直到6年前做了武岭中学校长,他仍一直在教高中化学,没有一天离开过教学一线。集20年教书育人的感同身受,樊欣军在浙江省推进的这次深化高中课改中,一直在不断地边思考边带领学校师生走在课改探索的路上。日前,本报记者与他进行了一场对话——
Fan Xinjun and Fenghua Wuling High School in Zhejiang have a special love. After four years of college, he spent his middle and high school here. After graduating from college, he returned to teach.
