金针菇的总产水平,常与其后期的产量相关,据观察,一二潮菇的产量,差异不会很大,而后期菇有的出得较好,有的稀稀拉拉。究其原因,一个最主要的因素是后期水份不够,采用补水的方法如喷水,提高环境湿度甚至灌水的措施不太能凑效,从实践中我们认为以下一些方法可有效地改善金针菇后期含水情况,有助于提高总体产量。
