党的十八届三中全会后,江苏加速了文化强省建设的步伐,十八届四中全会后,江苏出台了《关于推动文化建设迈上新台阶的意见》,文化建设迈上新台阶是建设文化强省的重要内容和重要途径,同时给文化强省建设带来新机遇和挑战。基层文化建设是文化迈上新台阶的重点和难点,本文从一个基层文化工作者的角度,探讨加强基层文化站队伍建设,发展基层文化事业,助力推动全省文化建设迈上新台阶。
After the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, Jiangsu accelerated the pace of building a strong culture province. After the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, Jiangsu promulgated the “Opinion on Promoting the Cultural Construction to a New Stage” and the cultural construction reached a new stage Is an important content and an important way to build a strong culture province, and at the same time, brings new opportunities and challenges to the building of a strong culture province. From the perspective of a grassroots cultural worker, this article explores how to strengthen the ranks of grassroots cultural stations, develop grassroots cultural undertakings, and help promote the province’s cultural construction to a new level.
