目的:探讨硫酸氧钒对糖尿病性白内障的预防和治疗作用。方法:30只 W istar 鼠随机分成①对照组( C);②糖尿病组( D);③糖尿病治疗组( D V)。按55 m g/kg 注射链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病模型。硫酸氧钒被溶于 D V 组饮水之中,观察12周,结束时通过影像学方法评价各组大鼠白内障的形成情况。结果:糖尿病的主要指标明显改善。经硫酸氧钒治疗后糖尿病大鼠的白内障形成受到明显抑制。结论:硫酸氧钒可以非常有效地预防糖尿病性白内障。
Objective: To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of vanadyl sulfate on diabetic cataract. Methods: Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into ① control group (C), ② diabetes group (D), ③ diabetes treatment group (D V). Diabetic models were prepared by injecting streptozotocin at 55 m g / kg. Vanadyl sulfate was dissolved in drinking water group D V, observed for 12 weeks, by the end of the imaging method to evaluate the formation of cataract in each group rats. Results: The main indicators of diabetes significantly improved. After the treatment with vanadyl sulfate, cataract formation in diabetic rats was significantly inhibited. Conclusion: Vanadyl sulfate can be very effective in preventing diabetic cataract.
