用血清药理实验方法观察了补阳还五汤药物血清对氧自由基（ＯｘｙｇｅｎＦｒｅｅＲａｄｉｃａｌ，ＯＦＲ）损伤的血管内皮细胞（ＶａｓｃｕｌａｒＥｎｄｏｔｈｅｌｉａｌＣｅｌ，ＶＥＣ）的保护作用。实验结果表明药物血清能够提高正常或损伤的ＶＥＣ增殖活力，减少ＭＤＡ的产生，使细胞分泌ＰＧＩ２、ＥＴ－１功能趋于正常。药物血清无明显的量效依存关系
Serum pharmacological experiments were used to observe the protective effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction serum on vascular endothelial cells (VEC) damaged by oxygen free radical (OFR). The experimental results show that the drug serum can increase the proliferation of normal or injured VEC, reduce the production of MDA, and make the function of PGI2 and ET-1 secreted by cells become normal.
