鼻息肉是一种常见病,多采用手术治疗,但复发率高,术后鼻腔填塞痛苦,易感染。我科采用钕—钇铝石榴石激光(Nd-YAG)治疗20例鼻息肉患者,收到良好疗效。20例中,男12例,女8例;年龄13岁～63岁;双侧鼻息肉7例。18例治疗1次完成,2例治疗2次完成,总有效率为100%。术中、术后无出血,术后无肿胀、感染。近期随访3个月至1年无复发。患者取坐位,采用局麻,在直视下暴露鼻息肉,引导管将光导纤维直接插入鼻息肉根部,用脚踏开关控制激光照射时间,所用功率为20～30W。激光机功率1～50W,波长
Nasal polyps is a common disease, the use of surgical treatment, but the high recurrence rate, postoperative nasal packing pain, easy to infection. In our department, 20 cases of nasal polyps were treated with neodymium-yttrium aluminum garnet laser (Nd-YAG) and received good results.
