在阅读了大量国内外文献的基础上,综述了肿瘤的血管形成及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)检测,在乳腺癌的发生、发展及估计预后中的作用和意义。
On the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, the tumor angiogenesis and the detection of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were reviewed. Their roles and significance in the occurrence, development and prognosis of breast cancer were summarized.
