针对原有的计算机监控系统已不能满足水电站的实际需求问题,基于网络技术、信息管理技术和人工智能技术的不断提高,在原有计算机监控系统的基础上,建立了基于B/S构架的、具有双层网络的通讯管理信息系统,实现了在原有计算机监控系统的嵌入式改造与升级。实例应用结果表明,该系统提高了系统稳定性、数据传输速度加快,梯级电站的通讯功能增强,满足了新系统的通讯可靠性与实时性要求。
