作为一个教数学的班主任,真的很钦佩语文班主任能在课堂上用最富感染力的教学对学生们进行潜移默化的影响,更羡慕他们在批改时就能了解学生们的心声,那种得天独厚的感觉时常想要拥有。所带的班级学生入学时学习基础差,行为习惯散漫,活泼、好动,缺乏自主管理能力,可他们有着丰富的感情,热爱老师,热爱班级,渴望进步。基于这些,在七年级上学期开学初便提出了让学生们写成长日记的想法。
