在市场经济条件下,建筑行业的竞争十分激烈,为了占据更多的市场份额,取得竞争优势,现阶段企业都十分关注建筑工程的造价管理工作。通过科学合理的造价管理工作来控制建筑工程项目的成本投入,同时不影响建筑工程项目的整体质量和施工进度。本文以建筑工程造价管理工作为研究对象,首先分析了加强建筑工程造价管理和控制的重要性,其次探讨了建筑工程造价管理工作的特点和最终目的,再次论述了现阶段我国企业在建筑工程造价管理工作中存在的主要问题,最后提出了强化建筑工程造价管理工作的具体措施。
