我院进行心脏起搏治疗心律失常,共植入11例,其中永久起搏6例,临时起搏5例,现总结如下。一、一般资料本组男性10例,女性1例,年龄52～75岁(平均62.8岁)。心律失常类型:Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞、起搏点进行性下移、双束支传导阻滞、窦房传导阻滞并阿—斯氏综合症、心脏骤停等。二、起搏器类型均为ⅤⅥ型,翼状电极及心内膜
Cardiac pacing in our hospital for treatment of arrhythmia, a total of 11 cases implanted, of which 6 cases of permanent pacing, temporary pacing in 5 cases, are summarized as follows. First, the general information of this group of 10 males and 1 female, aged 52 to 75 years (mean 62.8 years). Type of arrhythmia: Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block, progressive reduction of pacemaker, double bundle branch block, sinoatrial block and A-Si’s syndrome, cardiac arrest and so on. Second, the type of pacemaker are Ⅴ Ⅵ type, wing electrode and endocardium
