丰田RT81型小客车12R型汽油机的双腔汽化器由一个基本系统和一个辅助系统组成。基本系统具有双重喉管,而辅助系统则具有三重喉管。每一系统都有空气管、主喷管和节气门。基本系统由低速系、高速系、功率阀、加速泵及阻风门装置等组成,可供给一般工况下所需的混合气。因满载或加速大开节气门时,辅助系统也参加工作,并与基本系统一起供给所需的混合气。两个系统的节气门是联动的,因而可同时达到全开位置。

Toyota RT81 passenger car 12R gasoline engine dual-chamber carburetor consists of a basic system and an auxiliary system. The basic system has a double pipe, while the auxiliary system has a triple pipe. Each system has an air tube, a main nozzle and a throttle. The basic system consists of a low speed system, a high speed system, a power valve, an acceleration pump and a choke device, which can supply the required mixture under normal conditions. As the throttle is fully loaded or accelerated, the auxiliary system also takes part in the work and supplies the required mixture with the basic system. The throttle of the two systems is linked so that the fully open position can be reached at the same time.
