卡罗塞尔卷取机是连轧机组出口的关键设备,在其回转期间,消除转盘转动给卷取张力带来的扰动是一个控制难点。本文根据卡罗塞尔卷取机的机械结构,推导出转盘旋转和芯轴卷取速度之间的关系式,通过数值分析软件离线计算生成转盘在不同回转位置对应的卷取加速度变化的插值函数,通过查表方式,在线实时进行卷取机动态力矩补偿。该方法已成功应用于工程实践,为提高大转盘转动过程中卷取张力动态控制精度提供了理论依据和解决方案。
Carousel Coiler is the key equipment for the exit of the rolling mill. During its rotation, it is difficult to control the disturbance caused by the rotation of the carousel to the winding tension. According to the mechanical structure of Carousel coiler, the relationship between carousel rotation and mandrel take-up speed is deduced. The interpolation function of carousel coiling acceleration at different rotation positions is calculated offline by numerical analysis software , Through the look-up table, the online real-time coiler dynamic torque compensation. The method has been successfully applied to engineering practice, which provides a theoretical basis and solution for improving the dynamic control precision of the take-up tension in the rotating process of the large turntable.
