目的:探讨肾炎康复片与贝那普利联合应用治疗慢性肾小球肾炎152例临床患者的疗效。方法:本实验选取了304例在2009年8月份到2011年10月份在我科室进行治疗的慢性肾小球肾炎患者为对象进行研究,把所有患者打乱分为152例治疗组(肾炎康复片联合贝那普利组)和152例对照组(单纯贝那普利组),后进行统计及比较各组患者的治疗效果以及血压、尿蛋白和血肌酐情况。结果:治疗组患者的治疗效果以及血压、尿蛋白和血肌酐情况明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论:应用肾炎康复片联合贝那普利的方法治疗慢性肾小球肾炎患者疗效显著,建议在此类患者中广泛使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of nephritis rehabilitation tablets and benazepril in treating 152 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis patients. Methods: This study selected 304 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis patients treated in our department from August 2009 to October 2011 as the object of study, all patients disrupted into 152 cases of treatment group (nephritis kang tablets Combined with benazepril group) and 152 control group (simple benazepril group). After that, the treatment effect and the blood pressure, urinary protein and serum creatinine in each group were compared. Results: The treatment effect, blood pressure, urinary protein and serum creatinine in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was a significant difference. Conclusion: The treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis patients with nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with benazepril treatment of significant effect, it is recommended in such patients widely used.
