十白高速黄龙隧道地质条件复杂,围岩多变,爆破开挖过程中,存在周边孔痕迹保存率低,超欠挖严重,爆破震动较大等问题,光面爆破效果很不理想。对光面爆破参数进行了优化设计,针对不同级别的围岩,提出了符合现场的光面爆破参数,并指出了在施工过程需要注意的事项。通过实际爆破效果来看,Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级围岩周边孔痕迹保存率较好,Ⅴ级围岩一般,但都能很好地控制爆破震动,得到较好的隧道轮廓线。
Shibai high-speed Huanglong tunnel has complex geological conditions, varied rock mass, and the problems such as low preservation rate of peripheral hole marks, severe over-under-digging and large blasting vibration during blasting excavation. The smooth blasting effect is not satisfactory. The parameters of smooth blasting are optimized. According to the surrounding rock of different grades, the parameters of smooth blasting in line with the site are put forward, and the matters requiring attention in the construction process are pointed out. According to the actual blasting effect, the preservation rates of the perimeter holes of Grade III and IV surrounding rocks are good, but Grade V surrounding rocks are generally good, but all of them can well control the blasting vibration and obtain a good tunnel profile.
