美国早在1935年就开始将变矩器作为传动元件用在钻机上。六十年代后期,由于变矩器可靠性不断提高,才广泛用于钻机传动中。 目前,美国有三个公司制造钻机用变矩器,即通用汽车公司阿里逊(Allison)分部、双盘公司(Twin Disc)和国民供应公司(National)。这些公司生产变矩器均有30多年历史,产品系列齐全,质量过关,性能稳定,寿命较长。因此,深入研究美国变矩器技术,对于发展我国变矩器有很重要的意义。
As early as 1935, the United States began using the torque converter as a transmission element on a drilling rig. In the late 1960s, torque converter reliability was continually increasing and was widely used in rig drives. Currently, there are three companies in the United States manufacturing torque converters for drilling rigs, the Allison division of General Motors, Twin Disc and National Supply. These companies have Torque Converter more than 30 years of history, complete product line, the quality of clearance, stable performance, longer life expectancy. Therefore, in-depth study of torque converter technology in the United States, for the development of China’s torque converter is of great significance.
