０ 引言 异丙酚是一种新型的静脉麻醉药，具有起效快、平稳、麻醉恢复迅速完全等特点［１］．但该药对患者意识记忆的影响目前尚无报道，而麻醉过程中使患者达到近事遗忘，是临床重要课题之一．我们采用静脉持续输注异丙酚，观察药物在麻醉过程中以及术后随访对患者内隐记忆
0 Introduction Propofol is a new type of intravenous anesthetics, with fast onset, stable, rapid and complete recovery of anesthesia and other characteristics [1].
