日前,美国开心果种植者协会携手位于上海浦东国金中心四楼的ISOLA意大利餐厅共同举办了一场美国开心果媒体品尝会。ISOLA意大利餐厅的大厨为了此次活动,特意用“自然开,不漂白”的美国开心果全新开发了一套意式菜谱,并且在现场演示讲解的菜肴创作理念。沪上30多家知名生活时尚媒体共同参与了此次品尝会,共享创意小清新的开心果菜肴。美国驻沪总领事馆农业贸易处官员也出席参与此次活动。
Recently, the American Pomona Growers Association collaborated with the ISOLA Italian Restaurant on the fourth floor of the Pudong International Finance Center in Shanghai to jointly organize a US pistachio media tasting event. ISOLA Italian restaurant chef for the event, specifically with “natural open, do not bleach ” American pistachios new development of a set of Italian recipes, and on-site demonstration to explain the concept of cuisine. Shanghai more than 30 well-known life fashion media to participate in the tasting will share creative small fresh pistachio dishes. Officials from the Agricultural and Trade Office of the U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai also attended the event.
