通过对草坪土壤施加不同剂量的土壤改良剂,采用实验室平板涂抹记数法,观测不同处理下土壤微生物数量的变化,对土壤改良剂的施用效果做出评价。结果表明:根际细菌数量与土壤改良剂剂量呈正相关,随着土壤改良剂剂量的增加根际细菌数量呈上升趋势;根际放线菌数量随土壤改良剂剂量的增加呈先下降后上升的趋势;根际真菌数量与土壤改良剂剂量呈负相关,随着剂量的增加,根际真菌的数量逐渐减少。
By applying different doses of soil amendment to the lawn soils, the number of soil microorganisms under different treatments was observed by laboratory plate smear counting method to evaluate the application effects of soil amendments. The results showed that the number of rhizosphere bacteria was positively correlated with the amount of soil conditioner, and the number of rhizobacteria increased with the increase of dose of soil conditioner. The number of actinomycetes in rhizosphere first and then decreased with the increase of dose of soil conditioner The number of fungi in rhizosphere soil was negatively correlated with the dose of soil conditioner. With the increase of dose, the number of fungi in rhizosphere decreased gradually.
