一台ZL50型装载机,挂上倒挡,松开制动,加大油门不能立即起步,非要继续加大油门,稍等一会才能猛然起步。检查发现,是倒挡活塞密封圈损坏所致。该密封圈损坏后产生严重泄漏,使变矩器液压操作系统建立不起足够的油压,导致倒挡活塞不能克服弹簧张力使倒档离合器接合,结果是装载机挂倒档无法起步。只有继续加大油门,增加泵的流量才能克服泄
