本文报告一种检测天然矿泉水和瓶装水铜绿色假单胞菌的方法。方法中,直接在样品瓶中添加青霉素营养肉汤增菌,改良十六烷三甲基溴化铵平板划线分离,以菌落形态为主要判断指标,牛奶琼脂划线确证。全过程42℃72h.与常用方法相比,本方法灵敏,简便,廉价,对干扰杂菌抑制效果明显,尤其适于铜绿色假单胞菌菌数较少并受到加工损伤的水样。应用此方法,81个批号瓶装矿泉水样品检出10份阳性。
This article reports a method for the detection of natural mineral water and bottled water Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
