一、概述很久以来虽对钢铁材料的应力腐蚀开裂作过大量研究,但有些问题尚未得到解决,目前的现状是还不能断言耐应力腐蚀开裂的材料已全部开发。为此,对应力腐蚀开裂问题必须从材料与环境相结合的论点加以阐明的同时,着重论述今后耐应力腐蚀材料应具备的特性。今天就其中钢铁材料的应力腐蚀开裂形成机理所作的部分研究工作和今后对耐应力腐蚀钢材开发的可能性方面作些介绍。
I. OVERVIEW Although a great deal of research has been done on stress corrosion cracking of steel materials for a long time, some problems have not yet been solved. The current status is that it can not be asserted that materials resistant to stress corrosion cracking have been fully developed. For this reason, the problem of stress corrosion cracking must be clarified from the combination of material and environment. At the same time, the characteristics of future stress corrosion resistant materials should be emphasized. Today, we introduce some research work on the formation mechanism of stress corrosion cracking in steel materials and introduce the possibility of developing stress corrosion resistant steel in the future.
