采用多体动力学仿真软件RecurDyn的履带车辆子系统Track(LM)建立高架履带推土机多体动力学模型,进行行走系统动力学仿真分析,着重对高架履带推土机在软、硬土两种地面上运行过程中支重轮受力、驱动轮受力以及履带拉力进行分析,提出结构改进优化,以及延长履带行走系统使用寿命的措施,为高架履带推土机的设计优化和使用提供参考。
The multi-body dynamics model of overhead track bulldozer is established by Track (LM) of multi-body dynamics simulation software RecurDyn, and the dynamic simulation of walking system is carried out. The emphasis is on the operation of overhead track bulldozer on both soft and hard ground During the process, the wheel load, wheel force and crawler tension are analyzed. The improvement and optimization of structure and the service life of crawler walking system are put forward, which can provide references for the design optimization and use of overhead track bulldozer.
