技术创新效率的提高,是企业提高创新能力的一条捷径,而R&D资本结构、技术路径依赖对技术创新效率的提升均有重要影响。本文采用SFA研究方法,基于价值链的研究视角,构建超越对数函数和C-D形式函数,实证研究R&D资金结构、技术创新依赖对技术创新效率的影响。实证研究表明,在技术转换阶段,政府资本与技术转化效率呈倒U型关系,自有资金占比为线性促进作用,金融贷款占比与技术转化效率转变为呈倒U型关系;在知识转换阶段,国内技术购买路径依赖度与知识转换阶段的效率呈U型关系,其他三种路径依赖均呈现出倒U型关系;在技术转换阶段不同创新路径依赖度与知识转换阶段的效率均呈U型关系。因此,企业应该合理加大自有资本的投入占比,并根据发展阶段灵活采用多种创新路径;政府应该合理加强对企业创新直接支持和金融支持。
The improvement of technological innovation efficiency is a shortcut for enterprises to improve their innovative abilities. However, the R & D capital structure and technological path dependence all have a significant impact on the efficiency of technological innovation. Based on the perspective of value chain research, this paper constructs the transcendental logarithmic function and C-D formal function, and empirically studies the impact of R & D funding structure and technological innovation dependence on the efficiency of technological innovation. Empirical studies show that in the stage of technology transfer, the government capital and technology conversion efficiency are inverted U-shaped, the proportion of self-owned funds is a linear promotion effect, and the ratio of financial loans and technology conversion efficiency is transformed into an inverted U-shaped relationship. In the knowledge transfer Stage, the dependence degree of domestic technology purchase path and the efficiency of knowledge transfer stage are U-shaped, and the other three kinds of path dependence all show inverted U-shaped relationship; in the stage of technology transfer, the efficiency of different innovation path dependence and knowledge transfer stage are U Type relationship. Therefore, enterprises should rationally increase the proportion of their own capital investment, and flexibly adopt a variety of innovation paths according to the stage of development. The government should reasonably strengthen the direct support and financial support for enterprise innovation.
