陈作明 Ch(?)n Zu(?) m(?)ng(1932— ) 浙江绍兴人。历任浙江省森林工业局股长,中共浙江省委办公厅档案处副处长,浙江省档案局副科长、副局长,杭州大学历史系档案学教研室主任、副教授、教授。主编有《科技档案管理学》,发表有《论档案学研究中的定量分析问题》(获中国档案学会1986～1990年档案学优秀成果论文一等奖)、《对科技档案划分保管期限的探索》,《试论地方性大学开办档案专业的必要性及其办学方向》等文。 傅川信 F(?) Chu(?)n x(?)n(1928— ) 河北行唐人。1965年毕业于天津市河北区职工大学档案系。历任中国人民解放军第六军医学院二大队政治助理员、第十三军医学校保密档案员,中国医学科学院血液学研究所档案室主任,中国医学科学院四川分院档案室负责人,中国医学科学院血液学研究所(在天津)档案科科长、副研究馆员。1991年获全国档案系统先进工作者称号。发表有《关于科技档案分类排架的探讨》、《科技档案工作必须为科研工作服务》、《努力作好档案的利用工作》等文,还编写有《血液学所三十年大事记》等。

Former Zhejiang Provincial Forestry Bureau chief, Zhejiang Provincial CPC Committee Office Archives Deputy Director, deputy director of Zhejiang Province Archives, Deputy Director, Department of History, Hangzhou University Archives Department Director, Associate Professor, Professor. Chief editor of “Science and Technology Archives Management”, published “On the quantitative analysis of archival science research” (by the China Archives 1986-1990 Archival Excellence Outstanding Paper First Prize), “Scientific and Technological Archive division of the shelf life of exploration ”,“ On the Necessity of Starting a Professional Archives at a Local University and the Orientation of Running a School ”. Fu Chuanxin F (?) Chu (?) N x (?) N (1928-) Hebei Tang people. In 1965 he graduated from Hebei University of Staff and Workers Department of Archives. Served as political assistant of the Second Brigade of the Sixth Military Medical College of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, the archivist of the 13th Military Medical College, the archives director of the Hematology Institute of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the archives manager of the Sichuan Branch of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, (In Tianjin) archives section chief, deputy research librarian. In 1991 by the national file system advanced worker title. Published “about the scientific and technological archives classification rack”, “science and technology files must work for scientific research work,” “hard work to make use of archives” and other articles, also prepared “hematology thirty year memorabilia” and so on.
