一、教师结对活动,本质上是合作活动许多中小学普遍开展了新老教师结对活动。结对活动的显著优势是发挥老教师的引领性,即老教师对青年教师在师德、业务等方面的引领。结对活动有利于教师的专业成长,一方面可以帮助新教师提高教学水平,完成从“新教师”到“合格教师”乃至“骨干教师”的转变;另一方面也促进老教师的发展。从而优化学校整体师资队伍,进一步提高学校的教育质量。
