自20世纪90年代以来,我省有机肥料施用量呈现逐年减少的趋势,个别地方的农民甚至长期不施有机肥,片面相信化肥的增产能力,化肥用量越来越大,而种植效益越来越低,造成了化肥资源的极大浪费,导致日益严重的农业面源污染。测土配方施肥是通过土壤取样化验,在掌握土壤供肥能力的基础上,根据种植作物的需肥规律,确定施肥种类、配比和用量,按方配肥,科学用肥。实现“测、配、产、供、施”一条龙服务,把复杂的技术简单化,它是施肥技术的一次重大革新。
