2007年3月16日,这本是一个极为普通而平凡的日子,但是对于未来中国房地产与当今立法史来说,是具有历史意义的一天。就在这一天,第十届全国人大五次会议高票通过了物权法,这部法律历经13年,被反复酝酿和广泛讨论,创造了中国立法史上单部法律草案审议次数最多的纪录。物权法的颁布对推进中国经济体制改革和建设法治国家具有重要意义。
March 16, 2007 This is an extremely ordinary and ordinary day, but it is a historic day for China's real estate industry in the future and the current legislative history. It was just this very day that the Tenth NPC deliberated on the passage of the Real Right Law. The law, which has been brewing and extensively discussed over the past 13 years, has created the largest number of deliberations in the legislative history of China. The promulgation of the Property Law is of great significance to promoting the reform of China's economic structure and building a state under the rule of law.
