通过天荒坪抽水蓄能电站金属蜗壳水压试验,研究大型水电站的钢蜗壳采用充水加压浇筑钢蜗壳外围混凝土,以便充分发挥钢蜗壳自身承担内水压力的能力,减轻内水压力对钢蜗壳外围混凝土的作用,减少混凝土中的配筋用量,节省工程投资,方便施工,保障混凝土浇筑质量,对我国在建的大型水电工程具有现实意义.
Through the metal volute hydrostatic test of Tianhuangping Pumped Storage Power Station, the steel spiral case of large hydropower station is used to pour the concrete around the steel volute in order to give full play to the capacity of the steel volute itself to bear the internal water pressure, The effect of water pressure on the concrete around the steel volute, reducing the amount of reinforcement in concrete, saving the project investment, facilitating the construction and ensuring the pouring quality of concrete are of practical significance to the large hydropower projects under construction in China.
