随着国人旅游休闲观念的日益深入,军队疗养员在疗养期间不假外出或远离驻地的现象也越来越频繁,疗养员违规外出所带来的安全风险日益凸显,我们通过分析疗养员违规外出原因,有地放矢地采取相应措施,加强内部管理和疗养员的教育宣传,以人性化理念满足其合理需求,有效地制止了这一现象
