全省广大党员领导干部、党政机关、企事业单位、社会各界、爱心人士、有识之士:知识改变命运,知识就是力量,书籍是人类进步的阶梯,这些耳熟能详的格言,道出了知识在人生道路上的重要。然而,在广大农村,由于各种原因,“买书难、借书难、看书难”依然是农民群众普遍反映的一个难点问题。为此,国家从2007年开始,按照“政府组织建设、鼓励社会捐助、农民自主管理、创新机制发展”的原则,全面实施了农家书屋工程,计划在全国所有的行政村都建设农家书屋。
