随着当前反腐力度的逐渐加大,我国官员必须加强自身的官德建设,规避行政过程中的失范问题。本文从官德建设的两个方面出发,认为应该通过官员自律与他律两种形式加强官德的建设。在官德的自律方面,应该全面加强党性修养、倡导自觉践行官职道德;而从官德的他律角度出发,应该推进官德法制建设、健全官德监督体系等。通过法治与德治相结合,推进新时期的官德建设。
With the gradual increase of anti-corruption efforts, Chinese officials must strengthen their own moral standards and avoid the problems of anomie in the administrative process. Based on two aspects of the construction of official morality, this article believes that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of official morality through the two forms of official self-discipline and self-discipline. In the aspect of self-discipline of official morality, we should comprehensively strengthen the cultivation of party spirit and advocate consciously practicing the official morality. From the perspective of the legal system of morality, we should promote the construction of the morality and legal system and improve the system of official morality supervision. Through the combination of rule by law and rule of virtue, we should promote the building of official morality in the new period.
