青岛市社会主义学院(青岛中华文化学院)是具有统一战线性质的政治学院,是民主党派和无党派人士的联合党校,是党的统一战线工作的重要部门。青岛中华文化学院与青岛市社会主义学院是两块牌子同一机构。青岛中华文化学院组建的主旨是以中华文化为载体,对海外及港澳台地区开展文化交流与学术研究,弘扬爱国主义精神和中华民族优良传统,推动中华民族的大团结,促进祖国的完全统一。
