Mergers and acquisitions and mergers and acquisitions (M & A) are an important trend in today’s world economy and also a strategic choice for enterprises to become bigger and stronger. In recent years, along with the further development of economic globalization, the M & A of enterprises has drawn increasing attention from many multinational corporations and even the national governments. In this kind of environment, it is undoubtedly of great significance to fully understand the challenges encountered by investor protection and seriously study the problems existing in M & A and reorganization in order to improve the healthy and rapid development of the market and the improvement of China’s productivity.
