目前,我国农业和农村经济工作已进入战略性调整的新阶段,为从根本上解决农民收入问题提供了广阔的空间。我们要适应新形势,积极寻求农民增收的有效途径,按照建立市场经济体制和公共财政的要求,结合中国加入WTO后与当前农业和农村发展的实际,及时调整和完善农业财政支持政策。
At present, the work of agriculture and rural economy in our country has entered a new stage of strategic readjustment and has provided ample room for fundamentally solving the problem of peasants’ income. In accordance with the requirements of establishing a market economy system and public finance, we should adapt to the new situation and actively seek effective ways to increase peasants’ income. In light of the actual conditions of China’s accession to the WTO and the current development of agriculture and rural areas, we should adjust and perfect the agricultural financial support policies in a timely manner.
