近年来,随着东南沿海地区生产要素成本上升和“西部大开发”、“中部崛起”战略的实施,电子信息产业呈现出:由东南沿海向中西部地区跨区域转移的趋势。在全球范围内,电子信息产业呈现向越南等发展中国家转移的态势,围绕电子信息产业投资、技术、人才等的争夺日趋激烈。为此,需要加强宏观规划和引导,加速电子信息产业向中西部地区转移。
In recent years, with the rising cost of production factors in the southeastern coastal areas and the implementation of the “Western Development” and “Rising of Central China” strategies, the electronic information industry shows a trend of trans-regional migration from the southeast coast to the central and western regions. Globally, the electronic information industry has shown a shift to developing countries such as Vietnam. The competition for investment, technology and talent in the electronic information industry has become more and more fierce. To this end, we need to strengthen macro-planning and guidance so as to speed up the transfer of the electronic information industry to the central and western regions.
