目前,在电站锅炉热管失效的事例中,安全阀连接焊缝频繁出现裂纹已成为一个非常突出的问题。通过对天津某电厂的安全阀连接焊缝的材料性能和应力分析,得出其失效原因,在此基础上研制出了1套防止安全阀连接失效的装置,从而达到预防电站锅炉安全阀连接焊缝失效的目的。
