核电研发项目存在自身的管理特点,如何建立一套专业有效的项目集成化控制模式和管理体系是核电研发企业需要重点探讨的问题。结合核电研发项目管理的特点,以某核电站M310机组全范围模拟机FSS项目为例,将EVM引入项目的成本和进度集成化控制中,建立了EVM项目管理体系,阐述了EVM的应用过程,提出了存在的问题和改进的方案。
Nuclear power research and development projects have their own management features, how to establish a set of professional and effective project integrated control mode and management system is the nuclear power research and development companies need to focus on the issue.
