随着知识经济被越来越多的企业认识到,人力资本作为知识资源的载体已经成为企业实现战略目标的最关键因素。企业如何能将员工的积极性和主动性激发出来,并充分调动员工的潜在能力,对企业未来发展的兴衰起着至关重要的作用。在信息时代的今天,经济实力的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,是具有综合素质的人力资源的竞争。通常情况,我们会认为,员工受到“不协调感”的驱使会增加付出的投入量。员工面对这种“不协调感”多会从自身心理方面寻求合理化的解释的途径。此时,员工认为自己付出了比参照对象更多的投入却得到了极少的收益。
With the knowledge economy being recognized by more and more enterprises, human capital as the carrier of knowledge resources has become the most crucial factor for enterprises to achieve their strategic goals. How companies can motivate their enthusiasm and initiative, and fully mobilize the potential of employees, the rise and fall of the future development of enterprises play a crucial role. Today in the information age, the competition of economic strength is ultimately the competition of talents and the competition of human resources with comprehensive quality. In general, we think that employees are driven by “sense of incompatibility” to increase their input. Employees in the face of this “sense of incompatibility ” will find reasonable ways to explain from their own psychological aspects.
