本文通过对六辊矫直工艺技术参数的研究、优化和改进,消除了无缝钢管矫直后管端压扁的产生,提高了无缝管的成材率,降低了生产成本。
Through the research, optimization and improvement of technical parameters of the six-roll straightening process, the article eliminates the tube end flattening after the straightening of the seamless steel tube, improves the yield of the seamless tube and reduces the production cost.
