在煤炭生产过程中,有大量矸石排出,日积月累,堆集成山,侵占耕地,污染环境,成为矿区一害。煤矸石中往往含有硫铁矿石,是一种自然资源,某些矿区也有以土法制取硫磺者,但工艺落后,回收率很低,且排放大量有害气体,形成新的污染源。近几年来,煤炭科学研究总院西安分院对高硫煤矸石的矿石特征,进行了精心的研究,提出了在单一炉内完成矿石的热分解、氧化、还原三个主要理化反应,设计出466S—20型炼磺炉,成功地运用了炉内还原法,提高了硫的回收率,由原来的43%提高到61%;同时采用了炉内碳酸钙固硫法、尾气水
In the process of coal production, a large number of gangue discharge, over time, pile into the mountains, encroach on arable land, pollute the environment, become the first harm in the mining area. Coal gangue often contains pyrite, which is a kind of natural resource.
