目的深入了解老年心血管疾病患者存在的异常心理状态特征,进行系统观察与分析,并及时给予心理指导和护理。方法对87例心血管疾病患者非结构式访谈。结果老年心血管疾病患者性格分型为:激进型、暴躁型、谨慎性、忧郁型、平静性五型。结论根据不同性格类型采取有针对性的心理干预措施,可预防减少老年心血管病并发症的发生。
Objective To deeply understand the characteristics of abnormal psychological status in elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases, conduct systematic observation and analysis, and timely give psychological guidance and nursing. Methods 87 patients with cardiovascular disease non-structural interview. Results The classification of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease personality type: aggressive, irritable, cautious, depression, calm five. Conclusion According to different types of personality to take targeted psychological interventions to prevent and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular complications in elderly patients.
