弹簧钢阅炭深度是衡量弹簧钢质量的主要指标。影响弹簧钢脱炭的因素,根据实践和文献的一些体会,大致有如下几方面: (一)加热温度和加热时间加热温度越高,越容易脱炭。根据某钢厂的资料认为在1100℃脱炭最严重,我们规定开轧温度为1000℃—1040℃(开轧温度指轧制一道以后所测的温度)。根据以下一些试验资料可以说明:加热时间越短,尤其是高温带加热时间越短,对减少脱炭越有利(见表1、2)。
