铁道部《路基工程》编辑委员会于1985年12月2日至4日在成都第二工程局召开了第四次全体会议。这次会议由徐宽福主任委员主持。成都铁路局、第二设计院、西南交通大学、第二工程局的领导同志到会并讲了话,对会议表示关怀与支持。这次会议讨论了《路基工程》编委会成立三年来的工作报告,拟定了编辑委员会暂行工作条例,研究了今后工作努力方向,还表彰了投稿的积极分子马骥、邹崇富、潘君牧三同志。最后由徐宽福主任委员作了总结。与会同志认为,会议开得比较成功,圆满地完成了会议任
The Editorial Board of Subgrade Engineering of the Ministry of Railways held its fourth plenary meeting in Chengdu Second Engineering Bureau from December 2 to 4, 1985. The meeting chaired by Xu Kuanfu chairman. Leaders of Chengdu Railway Administration, Second Design Institute, Southwest Jiaotong University and Second Engineering Bureau attended the meeting and made speeches, expressing their concern and support for the meeting. The meeting discussed the work report of the Editorial Board of “subgrade construction” in the past three years, formulated the interim working regulations of the Editorial Committee, studied the direction of future work, and commended the active contributors Ma Ji, Zou Chongfu and Pan Junmu for their contributions.
